These terms cover the Avalanche QuickBooks Online integration (“the App”) operated by Iceworks Franchise Group. They are short because the App is private: it exists only to connect our own companies’ books to our own internal automation.
Who this covers
The App is an internal-use tool. The only QuickBooks Online companies it connects are companies owned or administered by our own businesses — Iceworks Franchise Group, Iceworks Colorado LLC, nTECHgrate and adyaid — and the only people who authorize it are the owners and administrators of those companies. It is not offered to the public, not sold, not listed in any app store, and not available to third parties. If you are not one of our own administrators, the App is not for you and nothing here grants you any right to use it.
License and permitted use
Iceworks Franchise Group grants its own authorized administrators a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to connect the App to a QuickBooks Online company they control, solely to run our internal accounting automation (reports, invoices and related accounting records). You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse-engineer or otherwise distribute the App, and you may not connect it to a company you do not own or administer.
Data handling
The App requests QuickBooks’ accounting scope only. Data it reads or writes stays on systems controlled by Iceworks Franchise Group in the United States. We do not sell it, share it with third parties or use it for advertising. Connection credentials are stored encrypted in our own password vault and are never displayed to users. Our full practices are in our Privacy Policy, which applies to the App.
Intuit and QuickBooks
The App is built and operated by Iceworks Franchise Group. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc., registered in the United States and other countries. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself remains governed by Intuit’s own terms.
Disconnecting
You can revoke the App’s access at any time from QuickBooks Online: sign in, open Apps, find Avalanche and choose Disconnect. Access ends immediately; no data is deleted from your QuickBooks company by disconnecting. You may also ask us to disconnect it for you at the contact below.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” for our own internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iceworks Franchise Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
